Our Mission

To all of our faithful donator's across the country and those in my home county of St. Clair Michigan, we are very happy to finally get our website off the ground. The Harvest of Haiti has made well over 120 trips since it's inception of Feb. 1, 2001. I myself have made 64 fo them. Originally from Michigan, Andrew, an HR Director in the financial services industry, lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and their four children, including one son that they adopted from Haiti. Andrew has known and supported Bishop Capri and his ministries in Haiti since he was a child, and he and his wife have been involved with Barbara Walker's organization, Reach out to Haiti, since they started the adoption process for their son in 2006. It was at that time that Andrew initially connected with Pat Moore and The Harvest of Haiti, and he has been a part of the Harvest of Haiti team ever since. Alan works in detroit refinishing wood boats at the Grosse Pointe Yacht club and resides in Crowswell Michigan. Alan is married with 2 children. His father, the Rev. Dennis Buehmeier was the man that encouraged us to help Bishop Capre back in 2000.
